Our legacy began in 1968 when our father started his career with John Hancock Financial Services, driven by a lifelong mission to help others and provide for his family. A natural leader, he mentored Bryan into the industry starting in 1985. After 23 years of corporate leadership across three states, our father retired to Lake Norman and opened The Stanfill Agency in Mooresville, North Carolina, where Bryan soon joined him to serve local small businesses.

Recognizing that clients needed comprehensive wealth management alongside insurance, Bryan combined his entrepreneurial spirit and 11 years of experience to found Financial Strategies of Lake Norman, Inc. He soon brought on his sister, Kristie, to spearhead marketing, creating a true family business. Following our father's passing, we closed the agency to focus entirely on growing Financial Strategies of Lake Norman. Today, we are proud to welcome the third generation of our family into the firm, continuing our dedication to serving generations of clients who have grown alongside us.
